We understand that circumstances can change. However, appointments are reserved exclusively for you, so we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.

Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice

Appointments may be rearranged without charge, subject to availability.

Weekly payment plans:

If you cancel or rearrange with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.

Courses paid in advance

If you cancel or rearrange a course appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice:

  • We will try to offer you another suitable time on the original clinic day.

  • If another suitable time is unavailable, or you cannot attend the alternative offered, the appointment will be treated as used and its value deducted from your course.

  • Any deposit already retained will be credited towards the appointment value rather than charged twice.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a late cancellation.

Cancelling a prepaid course:

A prepaid course may be cancelled if an unforeseen change means it is no longer safe or appropriate for you to continue treatment. This may include:

  • A new health condition or medical concern

  • A change in medication

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding where this affects treatment suitability

  • A newly identified allergy, contraindication or safety concern

  • The practitioner determining that the treatment is no longer clinically suitable

  • Serious or exceptional circumstances that prevent the course from continuing

You must inform the clinic as soon as possible, and a new consultation and supporting medical information will be required.

If the clinic confirms that you can no longer safely continue, we will discuss the most appropriate option with you. This may include pausing the course, transferring the remaining balance to another suitable treatment by mutual agreement, or refunding the unused balance. When calculating a refund, treatments already received will be charged at their standard individual treatment price, together with any reasonable costs already incurred.

Prepaid courses cannot normally be refunded because of a change of mind or personal scheduling difficulties. Exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.

Clinic cancellations

If Julie Devenney Facial Aesthetics needs to cancel your appointment, you may rearrange it without charge.

By paying a deposit, purchasing a course or confirming an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
