Refund Policy
At Julie Devenney Facial Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering safe, effective, and high-quality treatments. Because our services are personalised and delivered in real time, they cannot be “returned” once provided. This policy sets out how we handle cancellations, refunds, and treatment packages to ensure fairness and transparency.
Cancellations & Deposits
- A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- This is a rolling deposit and is deducted from your final appointment.
- It is fully refundable if you provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellation.
- It is non-refundable if you do not show up to an appointment or if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours.
- It is fully refundable if you choose to not go ahead with the treatment after your consultation. By paying the deposit, you agree to the deposit terms.
Refunds on Treatments
- Refunds are not available for completed treatments, as results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- If you experience an unexpected complication directly related to your treatment, Julie Devenney Facial Aesthetics will assess your case and may offer corrective care at no additional charge.
Treatment Packages & Memberships
- Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced.
- If you are unable to continue for verified medical reasons, management may, at its discretion, issue a partial credit for unused sessions.
- Unused treatments cannot be exchanged for alternative services unless agreed in advance.
Results Disclaimer
Each client responds differently to treatment. While our practitioners use the highest standards of care, results are not guaranteed. By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept this.
